I share 2-3 vegan recipes weekly to inspire people to cook healthy food that also respects our environment and the rights of animals. My work and focus extends beyond recipes, and includes generating healthy, plant-based content for my website, working on other writing projects, plant-based traveling tips, books I’m reading (not always food-focused) and other writers I follow that deserve a shoutout. These are the things that keep me busy…and here is where I will summarize my work each month.
